Portrait of my beloved oc, Stepan!!!

This is the first time I drew him so well, tbh, and I could yap abt how much I love this piece of him as much as I could yap about how much I love him as a character... HE IS LITERALLY ONE OF MY FAVORITE OCS!!!

Stepan Nazarovych Pavlyuk (he is Ukrainian btw) is one of the three protagonists of a webcomic project I am working on right now. This webcomic story is still pretty much unfinished and currently in it's infancy, and since I need to explain his backstory in order to explain him as a character (his backstory is very unfinished as well btw, I am still working on it as well), I will talk about him another time alongside with other characters and protags once I make a decent amount of progress in the writing phase of the webcomic.

Also, I wanted to try an approach on this digital painting that is different than my usual process. I experimented with the rendering and the textures and OH BOY it did worth the results!!! There are still parts that I don't like that much, but the grainy/textured artstyle of the piece and the end result in general satisfied me as a whole. I will experiment with this style more in the future, and perhaps my style will be more consistent than my previous drawings... Oh, forgot to mention, but as you guys can see, I changed my watermark with a more readable one! And it looks much cooler this way as well :D
